Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customised pieces were not made to the desired specifications of the order.
Once your return has been received and accepted by us, a store credit will be made to your account with us. We will advise customers to use a tracking delivery service to return items to us. There will be no expiry to the use of store credits and credits can be used across all products and custom make to measure service.
We currently do not offer cash returns.
We reserve the rights to amend or update the conditions of returns accordingly.
